If you change your mind about the item, please return it to us for a refund. You have 18 days, from the date your order has been delivered, to return your purchase for a refund.

Please do not return an item after the 18 days. 

You are responsible for the shipping cost on returning the item back to us. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please send tracked and keep your tracking number. 

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped out to you, with no marks or breakages. Any of the above will result in no refund being given.

Refunds will be issued to you within 7 working days of us receiving the item/s, our Quality control team will check over the returned items and you will be notified once a refund will be in process.
